From pre-delivery preparation and testing of components to user desktop orientation and on-site support our comprehensive level of support is completely flexible. We combine our pool of technical resources and expertise, extensive vendor relationships, and experience with multi-location projects to ensure smooth and timely project completion. We will also work with you to record hardware, software, configurations and cabling specifics for each workstation, server, and printer at your site. Our configuration center is equipped to provide complete configuration capabilities including custom computer assembly. Our integration services can also include the testing and evaluation of commercial or proprietary software to meet your standards as well as efficient software loading such as data blasting and network imaging. Each integrated system is tested and inspected before delivery to ensure manufacturer and customer specifications are met. As a result, we will provide systems fully configured with your specified hardware and software requirements ready to work for you right out of the box. And from the installation of a single user desktop to multiple complex networks, we can coordinate the expert installation of any device or solution in any location across the country. Our Technical Project Management experts will ensure the project starts right, continues on track, and is completed on time.

Project Management

Our project managers have extensive experience with deployment projects. Whether your project is a small single site or a large multi site deployment, our project managers have the tools, experience, and methodologies to effectively handle your project.

Prototyping

Before committing to a full scale deployment, we will work with you in prototyping the proposed solution. This allows us to confirm assumptions and provide a "proof of concept" to the solution. We can fine tune or adjust our project plans, system images, or other findings to ensure a successful project. 

Site Preparation

Our site preparation services are designed to meet the needs of the specific project. Typical site surveys may include coordination with client's on site liaison, development of site layout and floor plans, evaluation of existing cabling, electrical, and air distribution systems, and assessment of existing equipment.

Cabling

If your project requires the addition or alteration of voice and data cables, our certified and licensed installers can add to or modify your existing cable infrastructure. New category 3, 5, 5e, or fiber optic voice and data runs are installed, tested and documented.  

IMAC

Installation, moves, adds, and changes are the core deployments services. Through our internal resources and those of our national network of affiliates, we can fulfill the most demanding project requirements. Installation services include the physical setup of new equipment at the end user site, complete with any custom configuration, network connectivity, and end user orientation. Move services can include the relocation of a single system to the migration of a complete site. We can help you disassemble and reconfigure your systems, provide you with processes and procedures, and identify areas that may require special attention to make your move go as smooth as possible .Additions to existing systems and network environments will be executed to minimize disruptions. Additions can include server and workstations components and upgrades, network infrastructure additions, or additional peripherals .Changes typically include operating system migrations, software upgrades, and network connectivity enhancements. With several years experience, we can often identify overlooked items and mitigate problems associated with planned changes.
